Franklin enters the covered call ETF space with PayDay ETFs

Franklin enters the covered call ETF space, with bi-weekly or "payday-like" distributions. One of the ETFs uses the S&P 500 as base, the other uses Nasdaq 100, but they don't track the indices. Portfolio is enhanced, meaning they either buy winners and sell losers, or tweak the positions relative to the underlying index.
